Strange Malady!

I don't know if it helps, but I had an adult duck have the exact same thing happen. Severe ataxia, seemed ready to die for a while. Cured overnight with no help from me.
It happened to a chicken once too, but that was several years ago and presented more as lameness than neurological symptoms.

To CAsport: I got some shots. If anything, it looks a bit dry, but I am not sure. Maybe your exam will render more results. So, have a look
BTW, her breathing is normal, her energy level is normal, and she's running around the cage whenever I get close.

Her poop looks pretty good, and if her breathing is better, that's good too. What are you feeding her?

@missLydia: Oh yes, thank you, dear! That one brief scare was the only negative thing so far in the entire flock. And now they are getting so big! Soon, they will move outside of the garage. Just as soon as most of our winter is over, they can go to the outdoor home.
