Strange "No Feathers" Part...

Greetings, I need a little help...

Yesterday when I was inspecting my hens, noticed this on one of my chickens.. We are in the middle of Winter here in Portugal, is this normal?
The hen continues to eat normally, laying less, but regular and doing her normal life.

Has she been broody? The next thing is she in a fairly clean place. It doesn't look like she is molting.

I'm thinking just a raw place on her keel bone from roosting.....? It looks fairly red in the picture, though, is it really that red?

The photo was taken by night, with a mobile phone flash, I will try to photgraph it tomorrow during day time.
