Strange noise coming from chick ?

I have 5 ,5 day old Light Brahma x BR chicks Today I was in their room turning some eggs in the bator & heard a strange noise coming from the brooder. Waited a minute & it happened again. Didn't see which chick it came from. What I want to know is could this have been a first attempt at a crow ? At five days old ? One of these chicks is much cockier acting than the others.

Could be a crow, i've seen it that young. Funny as hell to watch a littl efuzzy stretch out his neck and try to crow.

Dang thing won't do it when I'm watching them. I would love to see it ,that way I would know for sure, I think.
