Strange poo

[Chicadue]

I have 6yr old hens and I’m not sure which one made this strange poo. They had coccidiosis when they were younger and treated and survived. This poop is pale yellow and bubbly with some green in the middle. Definitely different and not the norm. Picture is attached. They all seem to be moving around and eating. They free range. I’m treating with capsaicin dewormer for now.
