strange poop

Can someone explain what this is. I found it near their poop. It is about 4 inches long and spongy.

Looks like feces with shed intestinal lining. It can happen on occasion, nothing to worry about unless it's constant.

That pretty much explains it. Shed intestinal lining can occur during cocci outbreaks. As long as your birds have successfully recovered and are eating and drinking normally...everything should be fine.
