Strange purple lump on chichens foot?

Just noticed this on my hens foot. What is is? She is still walking normally but is it something I should be concerned about?

It looks possibly like an injury, but there are some loose scales, dirt, and the swelling is in a place common with bumblefoot. Is there any scab or cut on the bottom of the foot? Can you post a picture of that? I would soak her feet in warm soapy water or Epsom salts to clean them up. Then use some disinfectant on the foot. Chlorhexidene, povidone iodine, alcohol or similar are good.
