Strange quail behavior while molting

I'm new to having quail and I'm experiencing my first seasonal molt, and I've noticed that my quail have become incredibly jumpy and get stressed out and scared much easier.
Is this normal or should I be concerned?

It sounds fairly normal. They're itchy and feeling vulnerable, so it's understandable.
