my baby bird is turning 3 weeks this week on thursday but i take out its coop i have for a bit but right now is like laying down but also also moving its legs like dragging

Is the floor slick?

Sometimes when chicks are scared, they sort of shut down.

Put her back with the other and just observe to see if she's moving around normally, eating/drinking and interacting with the other chicks.
