Straw bale against white vinyl fence question

Do you think it will discolor the fence over time ?

I ask because I was going to use the old Straw bales I have in between the rubbermaid shed coop and the new white vinyl fence. I need to help insulate the coop for Winter and it would be great to do it on at least 2 sides.
There would be just enough room to put these between. PLUS when it snows I won't have to worry about pressure against the coop.

I know that the vinyl on our house comes clean with a pressure washer and bleach but I really don't know if it will stain or discolor. Maybe you could put something between the fence and the straw bales like cardboard or plastic sheeting?
