Strawberries?

Just curious if strawberries are safe for quail? Wanted to give them a treat

Are there any fruits or veggies that are a big no?

Yes they are safe. I have given my Japanese Quail Strawberries several times(not that interested). Mine prefer Apples and Lettuce.

Any kind of berries are generally safe. I am growing a Gooseberry Bush/Tree in my Aviary.

Mine are also lukewarm on the strawberries.....but they go nuts over watermelon!
