Stressed chickens?

I recently obtained 4 hens and a rooster from an animal shelter. I've provided a nice nesting house for them and after 3 days confinement I've let them out to free range. Thus far I've had no eggs. How long does it take for them to adapt to a new environment and are they too stressed right now to lay?
I think the breeds are 3 Dominique hens, 1 red/black bantam hen, 1 red/black bantam rooster.

They may be laying outdoors but it's more likely they need more time to settle. Lucky chickens, they'll reward you with eggs when they are calmer.
