Stressed or sick?

I have three week old turkeys. This morning, while cleaning the cage I noticed that one is developing slower that the others. When I picked her up she was breathing with her mouth open and shaking her head every so often. I put her back down, went into the house and read all about the horrible things she could have, and then went out to separate her. Before doing so I noticed that she is eating, walking, and breathing "normally". What should I do?

So sorry. I just saw this post. How is your turkey doing? What are you feeding them? Do you have them on any bedding? Or they still under a heat lamp?
