I ordered a thermal air HovaBator incubator and quail eggs from Stromberg. I thought i was ready for the quail eggs. Today I opened the incubator box and all it had in it was the foam bottom not what it shows pic of. How reputable is Stromberg? Looks like this is a GQF product. Do they have good customer service. They aren’t open until Tuesday due to labor day

I haven't dealt with Stromberg's in years but I did get excellent service from them when I used to deal with them.
