Strutting at one week

I've got two Midget White poults that I hatched from lotsapaints' eggs a week ago.

Yesterday I caught them walking around in a full strut in the brooder! It was hilarious; they don't even have tail feathers yet! I'm going to work on getting some pictures of them doing it today. I've had some turkeys do it pretty early, but they were at least all feathered out.

Now I have to buy more eggs and get them some girlfriends.

Oh, I bet that was tooooooooo funny. Someone else had posted a pic last year of a young poult strutting and I about died laughing. He was soooooo cute!!!!!

Mine just started doing it today! They are about a week and a half. I could probably sit there all night and watch them!
