Stuck again

I have a chick that I think is stuck in the unzipping. This has happened before and we have had to help chicks out. I am still unsure of how long it should be before a chick is fully unzipped. The membrane looks tan and dry but it didn't even have a pip yesterday morning. It must have done it while we were sleeping because we woke up to this.

nothing has happened except chipping and movement in 7 hours. Humidity was 55% when we woke up and is now up to 72%. Should we wait? Should we help it out?
