What is wrong with my chicken's legs? They have improved but she still can't get around well. When it first started she was unable to stand without falling, her toes curled and she dragged her legs. I tried splinting but she was too weak to move with them.
She's been separated a few times for a week to 2 week spans and she seems to improve but always reverts back to stumbling. She seems to walk normal for short distances so I'm stumped.
I've supplemented with Rooster Booster and that seems to help temporarily.

Note: she has been sperated from the rest of the flock. She is roughly 4ish months old

Wow, poor girl. She doesn't appear to realize she's got a problem. I'm no expert, but it appears to be a vitamin deficiency. Vitamin B-complex is a good start. Hopefully others will pop in with better suggestions, or the dosage for her.

Can you have a look at her ear holes? Check for yellow cheesy gunk, if there's any then she must have vertigo from an ear infection.

What are you feeding?

Marek's disease comes to mind since she's 4ish months of age. Hopefully this is not the case, but some birds can "recover" even if it's Marek's.

I'd try vitamin therapy and see if that helps. I agree looking her over for any lice/mites and inside her ears for infection or waxy material is a good idea.

You can find B-Complex at stores like Walmart, CVS, etc. Give her 1/4 tablet daily for a few weeks to see if that makes a difference.
Keep her on chick starter or an all flock feed.

I'll try the vitamin complex. She's otherwise 'healthy'. No mites, lumps, bumps, crop feels normal.

She's also on chick starter for her main diet. She sometimes gets into the other chickens layer pellets but 90% of her diet is the starter

What does she eat? If rooster booster seems to help that points to a vitamin deficiency and I would give her human supplements. 1/4 of a B complex and a whole E pill (400iu) once a day for a few days.

She's on a chick starter feed for 90% of her diet. She occasionally gets into the other chickens layer pellets but it's only a handful or so. The Rooster Booster seems to help so I will definitely try the Vit B complex.

She's improved tremendously since I first noticed. I picked her up around 6 weeks ago and within 3 days of having her she was unable to walk without dragging her feet. I'm just so confused because as you can see, she walks normal sometimes.

That is an indication to me that she does have a disease like Mareks. Being relocated to a new environment is extremely stressful for chickens and stress really interferes with the immune system. It's great news that she is improving. Hopefully she will make a full comeback.
