stumbling chicks

We have posted a couple of short videos on youtube so people could see what is going on with a few of our month-old Welsummers. It started about a week or so ago, the chicks seem to have problems with balance, but are alert and eating and drinking. Does anyone know what this could be? The you tube links are below.
