Stumbling Hen

Does anyone have any information as to why am I healthy hen up until yesterday would be stumbling when she tries to walk as if she is drunk or her equilibrium is off? She is still eating and drinking when offered food and water and she is alert but when she tries to stand up and walk she kind of stumbles and then falls over to her side. Any help would be greatly desired

Could you give us more information about the chicken, such as age, if she is laying eggs, any vaccinations that she has had, and if she could have been injured or eaten something poisonous, including mold in feed? Is her tail position up or down? Can you try to get her drinking some electrolytes, Gatorade, Pedialyte, or sugar water? Is she eating and drinking normally? Have the other chickens noticed her imbalance, and have they attempted to hurt her?
