Stunted growth in one duckling

Does anyone know anything about ducks with stunted growth? My khakis hatched a large batch of eggs almost 3 months ago. They are all now almost the same size as the parents but one stopped growing at 2-3 weeks old. Happy little guy’s still hanging out with the rest of them but there’s obviously something not right with the size. The pic is the little one with one of the others

A similar thing Happened to one of my chickens but she started growing a little bit later.
