my prettiest chick had pasty but and she got a good washin/ down there and i had no more problems , i put a little neosporin on it . ps i did NOT give sugar water to mine.

I just had to clean a big pasty butt on my silkie chick. It was so plugged that it couldnt poop. Poor thing!

while we're talking about butts, about how old does the chick have to be to be out of the pasty-butt stage? Mine are 3 weeks old and I haven't seen any pasty ones, but should I be looking for this until 6 weeks or what?
