The schools in Solon are the best in the state, ranked #1 in Ohio and in the nation for 2018. I personally don't have children, so I can't specifically say, but I've noticed a lot of people move to solon so their kids can go to school here and leave once they graduate. As for the community, everyone here is super nice. The city does a lot of activities for the residents, especially during the summer. This is definitely one of the best cities I have lived in so far.

I agree I moved here from. Ashtabula county. The schools are fantastic here! Yes there is always some community activities.. Honestly it is a very pleasant community. I'm glad I made the decision to move here. I highly recommend Solon.
