Hi,
I had a baby chicken who overnight developed symptoms of wry neck.
He also had head twitching, seizure like symptoms.
It looked really bad and he had these symptoms for over 4 weeks! I came to a point that I thought it would be better to take him out of his misery. However I did a lot of research and used several treatments on him. After these 4 horrible weeks, he recovered totally and now he is a big healthy rooster. No more symptoms, totally cured! So here I want to give some hope to people who are worried about their chickens. It might help you too!
This is what I did:
I started giving him
vitamine E, 1 capsule a day
vitamin B
Childrens liquid multivitamin in his drinking water
I didn't see results after doing this, but it will help him to fight off whatever it is he has.
I dewormed him (he was full of roundworms!)
I gave him the Epsom salt spa treatment and made sure he drank some of the epsom salt water too.
Here you can find the treatment:

I gave him St. Johns Worth tincture every day in his drinking water (I think this played a big part in his recovery, it nourishes the nervous system)
I also put a little bit of Apple cider vinegar in his drinking water
So I changed his water twice or three times a day, in the morning apple cider vinegar, in the evening the st Johns worth.
And last: I gave him lots of love!
This is what I gave him for food:
Oatmeal porridge
Rice
fruit like banana's papaya and mango
mixture of linseed, sesame seed, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds,
soaked yellow split beans, green mungbeans, lentils, quinoa
Ginger tea
Garlic tea
I hope this will help you and your chooks!
