successful?

can anybody tried to hatch eggs by light bulb and successful?

My first attempt was in a cardboard box with silver foil and a lightbulb.I placed too much water in and the humidity was too high and when I opened the eggs they were all fully formed but had not piped.

how do you do that? what materials do i need? i want to try different ways to hatch eggs!
