Sudden black spots above my turkeys' beaks on both sides. (Picture)

No they a have large plastic feeder and water. They are in a 6X5 A-frame run with another 6X3 indoor coop area with nesting boxes for the chickens. Do you think its too small of an area? They do get let out in the yard 2 times a day to run around and stretch their wings and peck around for about an hour. I'm thinking about just leaving them out all day with my other 2 older hens since they have all become better acquainted and seem to be getting along. I think they are big enough now not to be swooped up by a hawk. Which is the main reason they are in the coop. Also, do you think its a mating thing or are they too young for that?

Ok, I figured they were too young. I just didn't think a male and female would fight. Still learning. 😁 Thank you
My first turkeys were BBB. From hatch until the day the tom decided enough was enough, the biggest hen was top dog in the pecking order.

When the tom decided to challenge for the leader of the pecking order, they fought all day long for 3 days straight until he finally won.

Pecking order disputes can take place at any age and between any sex of birds.

I recently had a hen that would intentionally pick a fight with the tom before she would let him breed her.
