Suggest sex and age of my Quails

I am attaching pics of my Qutronix (supposedly) , please guide which one is male (Brown head or black head) and when should they start laying, guest the age as I am not aware. Bought two weeks back but not laying. I have only two of these.

To me they both appear to be female. Females have spotted breast feathers, males will have reddish colored breast with no spotting or very little. You can vent sex them and know for sure....when rubbing the vent area of the bird if foam appears, it's a male.
They appear to have their adult feathering...so they are at least 10 weeks old.
40 years have passed since I last raised Cot's, so I'm not really up to date on them.

Both look to be female.
Age after about 5_ 6 weeks old they look the same to me. So no guess.

On laying after 8 weeks could be anytime. But any stressors such as a move. Could shut them down for a few days to a few months depends on the birds stress level.

Coturnix hens can begin laying at 7 weeks in warmer climates.
Males will have a peach colored breast that is fully colored by 10 weeks.
The bird on the left has a few peach feathers but not enough to determine sex yet. The bird on the right is a definite female.
The male makes a call that sounds like the name of the breed...co..turn..ix. The hen coos.

Means these are under 10 weeks. I wanted to add 4 more but didn't want to mess up buying more than one male.
