Suggestion for the forum

Hi everyone,
I have a little suggestion to maybe improve the forum. I think we should have the for sale or trade section of the forum broken into subsections by area. Like mid Atlantic (md, va, etc) and northeast, southeast, etc.. I belong to many different forums who use this method and this makes it especially easy for finding what you want in your area. Especially when dealing with chickens. You would like to search close by, before having to ship eggs from the east coast to the west. Just a thought, I know we have threads started like the maryland thread and stuff like that, but I think this would be much easier. Let me know what everyone thinks.

The old forum format supported this. We had a Geo Location app within the profile and in order to use the BST section there, you had to enter your location.

This forum format doesn't (unfortunately) support it, however, you can search by location in the post or title with the advanced search tool.

Hopefully this function will be added at some point. Until then the steps to do a search are your best option right now.

Most sellers do put location in their title. Those who do not, will miss out on sales.

Yea it would be nice though, so maybe some day. I just hate going to the forsale thread and seeing something I want and then it says California while I am in maryland. So devastating lol
