Suggestions for a 12x24 coop

I'm putting up a new 12x24 coop with in the next two months and before I started. I was wondering Is there any suggestions or "extra" things i could add? Since its a good sized coop. It will be holding 40 - 45 chickens.

if you want you can make your nests accessable from the outside.so you dont have to go into the henhouse to get eggs.in your henhouse you could have 80 to 100 hens.
