You can look in the classified. Some hatcheries and my pet chicken ship eggs. It really depends on what you're looking for.

Buying hatching eggs online is very expensive. Are you doing it because you want the experience of it, or because you want a specific breed? If it's just for the experience, find someone local that has a rooster in their flock and buy a dozen UNWASHED eggs. If you're looking for a specific breed online may be your only option.
