Suggestions for mink bait?

Apart from my ducks and chickens, I mean.
Yesterday a mink tried to drag one of my drakes under the hen house. Luckily I was outside at the time and was able to pull poor John away from it. He's fine.
I know the mink will be back and have arranged to borrow a live trap tomorrow.
What should I use to get the critter interested in the trap?

Mashed up sardines in oil is good. Any smelly fish is a good attractant for mink.

I used Pork Grease & fat, caught mine the first Night I set the trap!

Seems mink, possum, or coons can't resist a can of tuna.
