Suggestions on Breeds?

I've been working on a Japanese quail farm the past 6 yrs and have experience doing pheasant, chicken and other winged creatures. This year I'd like to raise a few birds of my own. I have a 7x10 shed to work with for housing.
What I'd really like is something that's a decent meat bird while also being beautiful and worthy of showing. The easier to care for the better.

Any suggestions?

Check out the Wyandottes and the Orpingtons, both easy on the eyes and excdellent dual purpose birds.
