Suitable as hatcher?

Is this suitable as a homemade hatcher? I will be moving it inside. Also, is it better to use a light bulb or hair dryer?

Light bulb I have never heard of anyone using a hair dryer. I think the hair dryer could burn up using it 24 hours a day. There are many home made incubators on this site. Check them out for tips.

Running a hair dryer for 21 days would be expensive and very unsafe.
