Sulfadimethoxine dosage question

The stuff the vet gave me will not disolve well so I got some finally from a feed store seems to be the same drug as the vet gave me but different name and says water soluble. It says .05% for chickens wich is fine but, would that include 4 week old chicks or should I lessen the dose because they are smaller?

If you are treating for cocci, corid/amprolium works the best.
