Sultan cross?? Pullet?

This is a pullet right?? About 3 months old I think. The girl who hatched it says sultan but I’m assuming a cross. She keeps her sultans with silkies. She also has polish chickens and some barnyard mix…

Comb is still fairly small, but the leakage on the shoulders makes me say cockerel. Pure Sultans are supposed to be white so he is a mix. Due to the black skin I would say he is part Silie.
