Hi, I have a sultan pair and the hen has been laying eggs for the last week, but I noticed she isn't laying on them. Are they good at hatching eggs or should I do it mysefl? I know they have been mating, how would I know they are fertile? I am in the process of making my own incubator. and are the roosters suposed to be mean? he attacks my daughters and I everytime we collect the eggs. he has even left scratches on my girls. I was considering finding him another home, but was hoping to get a few eggs first, he is the only rooster. i have him with 4 other hens as well, thanks
