Sultana Recipe????

When I was in Salt lake this summer visiting my brother's family I had this bread. It was a wonderful soda bread type thing with lots of raisins. I copied the recipe, but managed to lose it. Does anyone have it? I could probably get it from my SIL again, but it would take a huge amount of time, and I want to make it NOW!!!!

I found something that worked, and now know what I need to do to get the recipe where I want it. I'll try to get the real one from my SIL.
