You wouldn't have happened to play around with the omega 3 - omega 6 correlation would you? As having a higher number of female to male offspring would also be a benefit.

No, I haven't.

You are aware that the hen determines the sex of the offspring, right? (Backwards of the way most mammals do it.)

Yep I learned that one a while back.
In a study from earlier this century they found that sheep feed higher levels of omega 3 produced more male offspring and sheep feed higher levels of omega 6 produced more female offspring... since then people have been looking into all sorts of animals to see how omega 3 and omega 6 effects their offspring ratios.
Most of the studies that I have found on poultry are centred around the amount of omega 3 making its way to the egg or balancing omega 3 and omega 6 ratios for health and wellbeing. The studies on poultry offspring ratios seem to be inconclusive at the moment or I just haven't found the conclusive ones as of yet.
