Sunny is gurgling....

Everything was fine until today. Her breathing got worse and suddenly, she starts making squeaky noises. The noises are coming from inside of her, her lungs. I'm crying right now, torn on what to do. i'm pretty sure this is a respitory infection. Help.

Sorry to learn of Sunny's troubles.

My thoughts go like this: A vet if possible (but I understand this is not an option for you), vitamins and electrolytes and apple cider vinegar in water to boost her immune system, warm enough, dry enough, extra attention (I believe animals, like people, can heal better with love), perhaps some dry cat kibble to boost her nutrition. Enough rest and quiet.

Some greens could also give her a boost.

Talk to a local wildlife rehabilitator and see if they can give you some tips based on their experiences with wild waterfowl.

That's what I can offer from here, with prayers.

Poor Sunny...she has had a few health problems lately. If it is a respitory infection antibiotics will be the best option to helping her recover.

Dont panic yet... It may not be that serious. However if it is a respiritory problem- without the correct treatment it could well turn into pneumonia-

Sunny was sick just a few weeks ago wasn't she? Poor kiddo!!
Maybe it would help if you updated us on what happened then, like what her symptoms were and what treatments you tried and what results you got?
