It's still a cockerel. Some people have had cockerels that arent even crowing at 30 weeks. Some take longer than others.

Its still a male. I'm not going by just the comb. I'm also going by the thickness of his legs. For comparison l, heres my 11 week old pullets. Much less comb and much smaller legs. And they're older.
