Supposed to be blue standard cochins, but...

They look lavender to me. They're nearly identical in color to our lavender orpington. These (hopefully) girls came from a feed store, and were in a bin of mixed straight run standard cochins. They said they could be buff, blue, black, or partridge. I always thought blue chickens had darker heads and tails.

They do appear to me Cochins, but they are Self Blue not Blue.

Agreed, they are Cochins, but aren't Blue, they are Lavender, or Self-Blue.
