Surprised - Roos or Pullets?

I posted a picture yesterday and was surprised to see most said No. 2 is a Roo. I have a better picture today. These are 4 month olds.

Number 1 is a rooster correct? Number 2 a pullet?

Both are boys, for sure.

#2 is a roo (saddle bag feathers). don't see them on #1 in the picture posted

The orange feathering is a male trait for EE. Both are boys.
