Sus looking wyandotte?

The whyandotte on top of the run is the one who is suspicious. Bigger/taller, redder in the face more solid feathers on the wings. The one on the ground I'm positive is a lady. About 12 weeks old.
The rir is about 7 weeks old in that picture. Does she look like a rhode island red? Someone said she could be a buck eye but she has a single comb. Is it a she?

Been looking different since about week 9. Everyone says it's still a hen or that they can't tell. I just look at it and think cockerel.

It's a pullet. The comb and wattles are small, and a male would have red shoulder patches by that age. This bird shows even lacing all over.

They are 12 weeks. But I have been noticing the differences in the 2 since about 8 weeks.
