No less than 4sqft per bird in the coop and no less than 10sqft in the run.
(ETA, oh and, integrating new birds works much better with extra space.)
Measure your coop, not including the nests.
I would guess 2-3 birds per coop,
but I don't know the dimensions of your coops
(unless I missed them, my apologies if I did).

Thank you for the information. I have 24.75 square feet for the big coop which I have 4 hens in and 12.5 for the small coop which I have 2 ladies in. The run is plenty big at 15' x 30'. But, as far as coops go, I think I am okay but am right at the threshold. No more birds for me unless I add another coop which I still might do.
