Suspending home made feeders in the coop

I have 5 gallon buckets with holes drilled along the top, and then inverted onto pans, for waterers and feeders for my chicks. I'm in MA, and while this works nicely during these temperate months, I'm anticipating that I'll need to have food and water inside the coop in the winter. I'd like to suspend the feeder and waterer from the ceiling inside the coop, but can't figure out how to do this with homemade items. Anyone figured this out?
