Suspicious eggs. What is in this egg?

One of my Buff Orp laid a nice big (unfertilized) egg this morning. I've been learning to candle, so I candled this one because a neighbor of mine said he got a bloody egg from me and it was a big one. Well, I saw something dark floating in it. I've had an occasional egg myself that has something like this, but much smaller.

It's called a meat spot and is perfectly fine to eat, probably just a bit of sloughed off oviduct or something but if it grosses you out you could remove it, they are quite common and chickens that produce them suffer no ill effects
