Hello NW Ohio friends!

I had a few eggs in my incubator and only one hatched

and now she/he is very attached to me and needs to be held or talked to constantly or she cries loudly ... my other chicks are two months old and about 20x the size of her (she's two days old and hatched out of a Japanese bantam egg)

Does anyone here have chicks hatching anytime soon? Or an extra chick who is young that I can buy off of you?!

Hello all! I'm new here and found this site doing some research. This place looks like a wealth of information! Any way my wife and I are lookingvto purchase a home in swanton, off of main st for all you locals. Well I was trying to find out if we can raise our own chickens legally in town there. I have searched the laws section and come up with nothing. I found a codified document from 2010 that states no fowls are allowed to be harbored. But I'm very new to raising live stock and am unsure if a chicken constitutes as a fowl. I assumed they do so I would thank you can't raise chickens in swanton ,yet I see posts on here of people that seem to raise them in swanton. So can anyone give me a more clear answer? Any help is appreciated. Thank you
