Swap Rules
For Trade, For Sale and Wanted to Buy ads are to be listed in the BST area.

Swaps may be created in the Swaps section of the BYC forum only. Each swap will have the following disclaimer in bold at the top of the first post. Swaps started without this disclaimer will be closed. Each first post should have the swap terms clearly spelled out. Please be sure you think this through, as there is a time limit on editing posts.

BYC is not responsible for transactions outside the BST area of the forum. All swaps are at the swappers risk and in no way will the Staff be involved in disputes. All disputes should be handled privately as per BYC Rules. No feedback and no feedback threads are allowed in these swaps. Do not report issues with the swaps using the report button. Please resolve all issues privately with your swap partner and/or the the swap originator. BYC discourages all transactions outside the regular BST area. Non monetary swap transactions are only allowed in this forum and only in a Swap thread. You must be 18 or over to participate in any swap, trade or any other transaction on BYC. All BYC Rules apply.

The owner of the swap may at his or her own discretion bar a swapper for cause. Once the owner of the swap has definitive proof that a swapper has not followed through, it is to be forwarded to @DuckLady via PM. The only reason a swapper will be restricted from a thread is for failure to follow through. The Staff may also at their discretion restrict any member from a thread for rules violations. The final call on this will be the Staff's. Otherwise all swaps will be open to all, within BST Rules. There will be no public calling out of swappers and no public refusal to allow a swapper to participate.

Once your swap is done, please let me know so I can lock it.
