I dug sweet potatoes this last weekend and several were past their prime. The chickens got one and I put one in with the quail. They are rather enjoying it and it is slowly disappearing. Add sweet potatoes to the list of supplementary foods. This was a raw one straight from the dirt with a couple of soft spots.

I know they will eat squash. This was a maybe on my part.

Since I gave it to them Sunday, I'll say normal. They stared at it on Monday. This morning, it was definitely eaten.

I'm waiting to see if the egg yolks turn livid orange. :D

I wonder if it'll help with worms? :lau
Sprinkle some cinnamon on it.

Yes sweet potatoes are a great wormer!:caf
I use it annually with good success
