Swelling Under Eye

Can anyone tell me what this is on my chickens eye? And, if so, is this something I can treat? Thank you in advance.

Will that lump come out or does it feel attached?

It may be a tumor or abscess, it's hard to tell. @Eggcessive is more knowledgeable than I am about eyes.

The bubbles could be a symptom of respiratory illness. Have you noticed any sneezing, mucous from the nostrils or other symptoms? Have you added any chickens within the last 30days?

I would flush the eye and keep it cleaned.

It looks like she got pecked hard by another chicken and it swelled up causing a water blister, like water on the knee. I've had it happen to one of my hens. Pop it with a needle and water will gush out. Then flush with saline solution, gently pat dry, then apply a small dab of neosporin ointment. She'll be fine.

Conjunctival inclusion cyst, possibly from injury. Dawg53 sounds exactly like that, so that is what I would do for it as well. Here is a link about it in humans:
