Switching from Starter/Grower to Grower/Finisher question

Hi,

I have 6 chicks that are about 8 to 9 weeks old and 4 that are 6 weeks old, when I switch over from starter/grower to grower/finisher at 10 weeks old, should i be worried about the age difference or should i just keep the older girls on the starter/grower until the younger girls are 10 weeks old?

IMHO I would keep them on the higher protein feed rather than put younger birds on lower protein feed.

Me too.

I actually skip all the titrating feed and give everyone an all-in-one, similar I think it flock raiser. Chicks, layers, roosters, everyone gets the same feed here.
