At what age should I switch? I know mine are a bit young right now (about 12 weeks), but I want to make sure and start them when they need it. In addition, is there any thing else that they will need food/supplement wise? Thanks in Advance!

Some don't switch over until they've actually begun laying. I either switch over or begin mixing the two (if I'm running low and want to use it up) around 17 or 18 weeks. If you have mixed ages, you can always use Flock Raiser and offer oyster shell on the side (which I offer even when everyone is on layer feed).
